Use these prompts with your AI strategic partner to pressure-test your ideas and uncover new solutions.
A Quick Guide to Getting Better Results
Think of your AI as a brilliant analyst; the clearer your instructions, the better its insights. For any prompt on this page (or your own), always try to follow these best practices:
1. Assign a Role
Start by telling the AI who to be. This sets the perspective for the entire response.
(e.g., "Act as a Chief Financial Officer..." or "Act as an expert in logistics...")
2. Provide Rich Context
Give it the background story. The more relevant details you provide, the more tailored the output will be.
(e.g., "My client is worried about budget. We have a great relationship but they are under pressure to cut costs.")
3. Define the Format
Tell it exactly what the final output should look like.
(e.g., "Write this as a 3-point email," or "Summarize this in a table," or "Provide 5 bullet points.")
4. Think in Steps (Have a Conversation)
For complex tasks, guide the AI through a series of smaller prompts. Use the output from one step as the context for the next to get a much more focused and higher-quality result.
(e.g., First ask it to 'analyze this client\'s annual report for key challenges,' then in a second prompt, ask 'based on those challenges, draft an email suggesting our solution.')
5. Be Curious & Experiment
Don't be afraid to go off-script. Some of the most valuable insights come from asking follow-up questions and exploring unexpected ideas. Be curious, treat it like a creative partner, and see where the conversation takes you. There are no "dumb" questions.
(e.g., "That's an interesting point, can you elaborate?" or "What's a contrarian view on this topic?")
